The joy of self expression is a right for everyone. I believe in the power of conscious self expression as a safeguard for choice and freedom. Creativity is a way of life that connects me with my personal power, so I can choose and respond in a more positive way. As I  take ownership of my own stories, I hear the call of what matters most to me.  I am fiercely called to protect our precious planet through art. 

I pour my heart and soul into my painting and journaling as I create images through many layers of inquiry and underpainting. Each piece is a reflection of my passion and commitment. After cancer, I felt the call of my inner muse as a newly amplified passion. It then became a healthy way of exploring and moving emotional, intellectual and physical energy out and onto my canvas. Seeing it expressed on my canvas, I witness and gain insight. It is a beautiful dance.
